Your data stays in your hangar.
This policy explains what Cheese Fighter does with information about you. The short version: nothing leaves your device except through Apple's own Game Center and App Store.
Who we are
Cheese Fighter is made by Chris Gurtlinger, an independent developer ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Cheese Fighter app for iPhone and iPad and this website.
Information we collect
None. Cheese Fighter has no accounts and no sign-up. It doesn't use advertising, analytics, crash reporting or any other third-party software, and it has no servers of its own, so we never receive information about you or how you play.
What's stored on your device
To save your game, Cheese Fighter keeps a few things in the app's own storage on your device:
- Story Mode progress and best scores
- Cheese Credits, upgrades, and the ship you've selected
- Game stats used for achievements (for example, how many cheese ships you've destroyed)
- Settings such as sound, music and difficulty
This information never leaves your device and isn't sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it.
Apple services the game uses

You can play without signing in to Game Center, and you never have to buy anything.
Tracking
Cheese Fighter does not track you across apps or websites, does not use the advertising identifier, and does not share or sell any data.
Children
Cheese Fighter is suitable for players of all ages. Because the game collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children under 13.
Emailing support
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to answer you, never share it, and will delete it if you ask.
Your choices
- Erase all game data by deleting the app.
- Manage or sign out of Game Center in your device's Settings app.
- Ask us any privacy question, or ask us to delete your emails, at chrisgurtlinger@mac.com.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and in the game, with a new effective date at the top.
